Busses and coaches, vans, tippers and trucks – commercial vehicles come in all shapes and sizes. Depending on the vehicle, the paint finish has to withstand severe mechanical stressing, resist chemical aggression or be non-slip or elastic. In addition, the paint has to be adaptable to various substrates such as aluminium, steel, plastic or glass-reinforced polyester.
Fleet vehicles have to stay on the road, for time laid up is costly for the operator. The Permafleet product system provides bodyshops with three system-solutions for every requirement, however specific. Ranging from cost-effective 2-coat to high-quality 3-4 coat paintwork.

Textures and gloss.
By adding Matt Binder 679, it is possible to achieve entirely different degrees of gloss, from matt through to gloss. With Multitex 200, you can also generate textured surfaces, e.g. for non-slip coatings in driver access areas.
Elastic surfaces.
Elastic Additive 9050 creates a flexible paint finish on all plastic parts.
Multicolor finishes.
Adding Multicolor Additive 9020 accelerates the drying of the various paint films of a multi-color finish. This speeds up vehicle throughput and shortens vehicle time off the road.
