Using Speed-TEC products, body shops and paint shops can work exceptionally fast and can save energy. Now the range is completed with the Permasolid® Speed-TEC Wet-on-Wet filler 5550.
Speed-TEC products enable body shops and paint shops to make repairs faster and more energy-efficient. In addition to the new Permasolid Speed-TEC Wet-on-Wet filler 5550, the product family also includes the Permasolid Speed-TEC filler 5500 and the Speed-TEC clearcoat 8800. These are used together with the Permahyd Hi-TEC Basecoat 480. Complete repairs can be finished in record time. Speed-TEC products are based on an innovative Axalta technology that incorporates completely new product features. Work processes can be shortened, energy consumption can be reduced, and, in addition, the new technology ensures exceptionally good painting results.
A solution for every workload
Speed-TEC products can be used flexibly at 60°C, 40°C, and, even without forced drying, at 20°C. Heavy workloads demand rapid cycle times. In less busy times, the business can work more economically using particularly low drying temperatures and can save up to 70 percent energy. "The Speed-TEC range," says Joachim Hinz, Spies Hecker Brand Manager, "can be optimally adapted to meet the specific needs of a workshop. The greater flexibility pays off very quickly."
