The Axalta Drivus team is running a new Leadership training course, designed to help bodyshop owners, managers, and supervisors build stronger, more self-aware leadership capabilities.

Led by industry experts, the course explores the foundations of effective leadership – starting with self-awareness. Participants will learn to identify their default leadership style, understand its impact on team dynamics, and adapt their approach to different situations using proven emotional intelligence frameworks.

The course also encourages reflection and practical strategies for gaining feedback, building trust, and leading with empathy in high-pressure environments. By the end of the session, attendees will be better equipped to lead confident, motivated, and cohesive teams.
